Steph joined BCF in 2024 and brings several years of human resource experience to the team. She has worked as a HR generalist and benefits professional supporting her employers and employees. Using her previous experience, she is able anticipate the needs of our clients having walked in their shoes. She strives to provide simplified employee benefits communication and strategic planning that provides innovation and cost savings for our clients.
Steph and her husband, Jesse, enjoy spending time together with family and friends sharing in conversation over a good meal. They also love being outside, especially relaxing on the beach!
