Jenna Pickell

Jenna serves as a Business Risk Manager at BCF Group where she is responsible for assessing client risks, recommending appropriate coverage to minimize those risks, and managing long-term client relationships. With a strong background in business development and client-focused sales, Jenna brings several years of experience across various industries and is passionate about providing high-quality service and building long lasting client partnerships.

Jenna holds an M.B.A. from Lebanon Valley College and a bachelor’s degree in hospitality management from The Pennsylvania State University. During her time at Penn State University, she was also a four-year student athlete on the Division 1 Field Hockey team, winning multiple Big Ten Championships and making NCAA appearances every year. When she’s not working, you will find her at home spending time with her husband Brent, daughter Grace, and Golden Retriever Stella.

When she has some free time on her hands, she loves to play a round of golf or a competitive pickle ball match. She also loves cooking and hosting family and friends, bringing people together over great meals and good conversation.
