Cindy is thorough and efficient, organizing her work in a way that gets the best results. Drawing on an extensive insurance and risk management background, she applies more than 19 years of industry knowledge and wisdom to help support her clients. Cindy is passionate about helping people, with a particular interest in keeping teens safe on the road. She champions BCF Group’s teen safe driving program called DriveSafer DriveSmarter where she organizes external seminars and interactive workshops along with internal teen safe programs and processes.
Cindy is responsible for advising clients about personal risk and insurance. She develops personal risk programs for individuals and families, assists clients with any important changes and helps them with their claims.
Cindy enjoys spending time with her husband, two grown sons and step daughter. Cindy and her therapy dog, Kirby are the new Reading Buddy team at the Mount Joy Library working with at risk students. She is a Junior Achievement volunteer and enjoys reading and crocheting.
