Dwelling Places, Inc. turned to the Forney Agency for business insurance needs when our construction company began in 1984. We continued as clients through the insurance agency's evolution to BCF Group. My company and I have been working with BCF Group since July of 2009. In those two years, we have been COMPLETELY satisfied with their services, including the personal assistance we receive from Andy & Trent. Whenever I need anything from a certificate of insurance, to just a general question, I email Trent, and literally within minutes, I have the information as requested. And even at times when Trent is out of the office, he still responds and forwards my request on to someone else who is able to assist me. BCF Group also has been invaluable in assisting us create a safety committee and get certified through the state.

For more than 10 years, I utilized MetLife for all my insurance needs (Auto, Homeowners, Life Insurance, etc.). Most recently, I needed to add an additional property to my Homeowners. My grandmother gave me her home! I contacted the BCF Group to cancel my grandmother's existing policy with Lititz Mutual. I spoke with Kay Harnish. Kay offered to provide coverage for me for all my insurance needs. At that time, I declined because I wanted to utilize MetLife since I already had overage with them for all my insurance needs. Since I was a 10+ year customer of MetLife, I wanted to utilize their services. When I contacted them, they were not as personable when trying to add another property to my current coverage. As a matter of fact, they transferred me to another department to get assistance. I was transferred to voice mail. I left a message to contact me to add this additional property. I never received a return phone call from MetLife to add this property to my existing coverage. At that time, I contacted Kay again at the BCF group.
Kay was so personable, knowledgeable, and provided me with quotes to cover all my insurance needs from Homeowners to Auto Insurance. She even took the time to quote my grandmother a Renter's Insurance policy and provided me with additional information for Umbrella Coverage. I was never provided this type of service and assistance with MetLife. Kay and I quickly became friends! I have to say, I know I can trust Kay with any additional insurance needs or questions I may have in the future. I feel so comfortable and confident I have one-on-one support no matter what my needs may be in the future! I was treated as a person and not just a number! Trust, integrity, and personal customer service is what I've gained by switching my insurance needs to BCF and Kay Harnish as my personal Agent!
