President Brad provides overall leadership and vision for BCF Group as well as sales of Commercial & Benefits Coverage. Brad is a graduate of Millersville University. Brad is married to Jan and they have six boys. He enjoys spending time with his family at their cabin in Wellsboro, fishing and golfing. Commercial Lines Andy joined the Commercial Lines Team at BCF in 1999 and is responsible for handling large Commercial clients as well as the finances for BCF. Andy is a graduate of Penn State University. He has been married to his wife Beth for 21 years and they have two daughters, Tara & Savannah. He enjoys watching Penn State sports. Contact Andy at  |

Commercial Lines Trent joined BCF in May of 2005. He is responsible for oversight of the day to day operations of the Commercial Team, leadership of the agency, supporting and facilitating the Commercial sales effort and providing service on large commercial accounts. He is a graduate of Millersville University. Trent is married to Emily and they have 3 young daughters; Anne, Abigail & Magdalena. Most of Trent's free time is spent entertaining his children, but when he has time, he enjoys hiking, reading and going to the family cabin in Tioga County. Commercial Lines Frank joined the Commercial Lines Team at BCF in October of 2005. He is responsible for handling medium sized commercial accounts as well as providing claims expertise and support to both our Commercial and Personal clients. He is a graduate of Eastern Mennonite University with a Bachelor of Science in Management and Organizational Development. Frank has been married to Jan Rosenberger Havemann for 22 years. They have 3 boys Trevor, Spencer and Evan. He enjoys fishing, gardening and watching his children's sports activities, as well as the Miami Dolphins, the Phillies and the Orioles. Contact Frank at  |

Commercial Lines Caleb joined the BCF Team in May of 2007 and is responsible for handling the sales and service of small to mid sized business accounts. He is a graduate of Elizabethtown College with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing. Caleb was raised "in the woods of Strasburg." He and his wife Lindsey welcomed their daughter Gracelyn, in July 2011. He enjoys playing sports to stay active and spending time at Raystown Lake in the summers, with his family. Personal Lines Kay joined the BCF Team in April of 1992. She is responsible for sales and service of Personal Lines Accounts. Kay is a graduate of Garden Spot High School. She is married and has 2 children and 5 grandchildren as well as a 4-legged Son Jed (Black Labrador Retriever). Personal Lines Mike joined the BCF Team in of. He is responsible for sales and service of Personal Lines Accounts as well as leading the Personal Lines Sales Effort. Mike is a graduate of Conestoga Valley High School as well as Penn State University. He is married to Danette and they have 5 children, Mitchell, Jack, Matthew, Kyle & Jennifer. Director of Operations Jen joined the BCF Team in July of 2001. She is responsible for overseeing the day to day operations at BCF. Jen is a graduate of Penn Manor High School She has been married to her husband, Tim for 13 years. Their "only child" is their Black Labrador Retriever, Hunter.
